Hello Launch Mid Valley McMinnville and Regional Entrepreneurs,

We’re thrilled to invite you to our Summer Site Series — a special edition of Coffee Club on the Road! Each month, we’ll spotlight inspiring local entrepreneurs who are brewing big ideas and growing our regional startup scene. Come for the connections, stay for the stories (and the bagels, cinnamon rolls and more)!

Be among the first to step inside Mac Clay in The Bohemian Building before its August grand opening with host Matthew Hawkins. We’re also joined by Henry Kibit of Bunny Belly Bagels, celebrating their own summer opening with fresh bagels on 3rd Street!

Meet the dynamic team of Kelsey, Chloey, and Shelby of Bad Dog Bakery, joined by Matthew Anderson of Summon Coffee. From food cart to brick-and-mortar, hear how they launched their joint venture just 7 months ago.
