Course Schedule:

May 7 – Session 1: Learn the power of setting clear, measurable, and observable expectations, and explore the fundamentals of a structured layered leadership system.

May 21 – Session 2: Discover how to assess performance against expectations and provide meaningful feedback when behaviors and goals are misaligned.

June 4 – Session 3: Gain insights into team dynamics and learn how to effectively manage workplace drama by recognizing and addressing different social roles.

June 18 – Session 4: Develop essential interpersonal skills, including active listening, effective communication techniques, and strategies for giving and receiving constructive feedback.
