The McMinnville WORKS Summer Internship Program

After speaking to local industry leaders in McMinnville, we created our award-winning program to connect emerging workforce with the career opportunities in our community and local industries to talented and skilled workers. MEDP recruits businesses from around McMinnville, markets all of the positions, collects all of the applications and distributes them to participating companies. Companies then interview and hire interns from this pool of applicants.

“It's better than a normal internship because you also get to interact with the community and professionals in different fields. This is incredibly important because it opens up options and you get to see beyond just one internship experience.”
