TAO: Northwest Compensation Highlights for Tech Companies

Join us the morning of October 30th for a session reviewing highlights in compensation in tech.  

Competition for talent remains fierce as unemployment remains just above four percent in Oregon. Hiring has increased and engineers are in particular demand. To compete for talent, companies are adding perks and tweaking the design their total rewards packages. In Portland, we have a mix of hot startup companies and established public companies competing for talent. How can companies design strong compensation packages to attract and retain talent in a highly competitive market?

Now in its 27th year, the Northwest Technology Survey includes a broad list of data points across 200+ positions within our industry.  In addition to the standard information like salary, equity and bonuses, Larry Daniels from Milliman will be joining us to share info on where the regional market falls among competitive benefits on items like: sabbatical, parental leave and professional development investments.
