WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Did you know 84% of employees have experienced symptoms of negative mental health at work, and over 50% of Millennials and Gen Zers have left roles for mental health reasons?
The good news is that individuals, managers, and company leaders can take straightforward steps to reduce the stigma of mental health, increase inclusion, and prevent burnout.
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month join Technology Association of Oregon and Mind Share Partners for a Virtual Lunch & Learn focused on creating a mentally healthy workplace culture on Wednesday, May 13th from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm.
Attendees will participate in a dive deep into specific tools for reducing burnout and how to normalize the conversation around burnout and other mental health challenges.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The topic will be most relevant for human resources, talent, and diversity & inclusion professionals, plus anyone ready to make a difference around mental health for their company culture.
