The City of McMinnville's Muncipal Airport (MMV) has undergone a Master Plan Development (2023-2025).  Several acreages are available at the McMinnville Municipal Airport (third most active regional airport in Oregon) along OR Highway 18. The airport is owned and operated by the City of McMinnville and is situated on approximately 650 acres. The airport has two runways, with the primary runway (4/22) able to accommodate up to the largest business jets, with an Instrument Landing System (Cat 1 ILS) on Runway 22. The city owns the fuel facility which has both Jet-A and 100LL Avgas storage. Mobile fueling is provided by the FBO, which is transitioning to Trimble Aviation effective July 1, 2026.

Ideally located just an exit away to downtown McMinnville and directly across the highway from Evergreen Aviation & Aerospace Museum Campus which houses the famous Spruce Goose and Wings & Waves Waterpark., Evergreen Events Center, and Coming Soon:  AC Marriott Hotel.  

The McMinnville Municipal Airport (MMV) is also adjacent to the future innovation district at the 190 acre McMinnville Landing site.
