City of McMinnville Housing Strategy

The City of McMinnville is creating a Housing Production Strategy (HPS)—an eight-year plan to address the community's housing needs. The HPS will focus on developing affordable, fair, and equitable housing, and creating a “toolkit” to encourage housing needed in McMinnville. The “toolkit” can consist of regulations, programs and incentives. The City is seeking your input to help better understand housing needs, priorities, and barriers. We are especially committed to reaching those who may not always participate in planning discussions, ensuring all voices are heard. The survey will be open from October 28^th until December 1^st, and participants can enter a raffle for a chance to win a $100 gift card!
