Each month, we’ll spotlight inspiring local entrepreneurs who are brewing big ideas and growing our regional startup scene. Come for the connections, stay for the stories (and the bagels, cinnamon rolls and more)!

Meet the dynamic team of Kelsey, Chloey, and Shelby of Bad Dog Bakery, joined by Matthew Anderson of Summon Coffee. From food cart to brick-and-mortar, hear how they launched their joint venture just 7 months ago.

☕ September 16 – Celebrating Local Flavor and Entrepreneurial Spirit

Join us for this month’s Coffee Club for Entrepreneurs at one of McMinnville’s most creative and collaborative spaces — Mac Market!

We’ll hear from a dynamic group of local food entrepreneurs who are shaping our community through passion, persistence, and innovation. Featured speakers include:

• Diana Riggs, Owner of Mac Market — sharing her vision behind transforming a historic warehouse into a vibrant hub for food, drink, and connection.

• Alea Bakery — bringing sourdough artistry and small-batch baking to life.

• Honey Pie Pizza — serving up local ingredients with a side of startup grit.

• Day by Day Bar — crafting cocktails and community, one pour at a time.

Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just beginning your journey, come connect with fellow makers, movers, and doers over coffee and conversation in an inspiring space built by and for entrepreneurs.

We’ll return to our friends at Chemeketa Yamhill Valley Campus and the SBDC for our regular scheduled fall gathering and fresh insights.
