MEDP in partnership with Launch Mid-Valley announces Innovation Development Opportunities

(MCMINNVILLE, OR) LAUNCH Mid-Valley, a regional collaborative unearthing innovative resources to help launch startups and support growth businesses is seeking Angel Investors, Entrepreneurs, and locals in the business community to join the Mid-Valley Innovation movement in the following four ways. 1) Angel Investors, 2) Angel Fund Applicants, 3) Business mentors, and 4) Start-ups looking to grow.

The Mid-Valley Angel Fund will offer seed funding for 2-4 startups in the coming months. This initiative is exploring investment opportunities to support a healthy entrepreneurial ecosystem and is seeking investors to help catalyze growth. Mike White, Mid-Valley Venture Catalyst said “Becoming an Angel Investor is a great way to learn more about alternative investment options and ways to diversify your portfolio. It is also a way to build your network of like-minded investors and is a great opportunity to invest in early-stage companies. The Launch Mid-Valley Startup Bootcamp is a 3-day intensive that uses lean startup strategies to help entrepreneurs and businesses level-up. Taking Place at the Falls Event Center in McMinnville, OR February 28- March 1, 2020.  Whether you have an existing new business, a business idea, or are just curious about the startup process, this bootcamp will provide you with information, connections, and tactics to help you grow. There will be business owners, corporate coaches, angel investors and city leaders available all weekend to assist and encourage you through the process.  The weekend will include networking, keynotes from experts across all areas of business development, business coaching, time to work in teams developing a business plan and pitch, and the opportunity to pitch your business idea for startup funding.
